We are using eBA Workflow Management System in THY OPET since May 2012. While we were previously completing all our processes in writing waiting for approval signature from higher departments, we can now complete these processes (Leave Request Form, Expense Request Form, Advance Payment Request Form, etc.) faster as well as monitor these processes easier and systematically with the transition from paper to electronic environment with eBA.
Thanks to its user friendly interface and ability to compile codes in C#, it provided us opportunity to design the forms we want and created great convenience with its ability to integrate with SAP system.
Despite the fact that we have recently implemented it, we could be able to complete the simple work flows we were able to prepare in the beginning with complex work flows. We would like to express our gratitude to Bimser team that provided all the support to us and continuously improved the software.
